For week two of our 50 restaurants in one year marathon I've chosen a Chinese restaurant in Richfield, MN called Jun Bo. I've always seen the bright yellow and red building from I494 as I drove by and thought to myself, " I bet that place is ghetto", but after reading a good review from Mpls/St Paul magazine I though we'd give it a shot. I look forward to swollen fingers from the salt laden goodies and the diner's guilt that soon follows after having eaten too much at a Chinese buffet.
